Day 1: Arrival and
transfer to hotel O/n Hotel Royal Singi.
Day
2: Prepare for Tibet. Optional city tour in Kathmandu
Valley. O/n Hotel Royal Singi.
Day 3: Drive
from Kathmandu to Kodari ( 6 hrs.) after immigration
formalities in Zhangmu-2300m, continue drive to
Nyalam-3450m and O/N at Guest house
Day 04:
Drive from Nyalam to Lhatse, visit Milarepa's cave
enroute O/N at hotel.
Day 05: Drive from
Lhatze to Shigatse- 3900m and O/N at hotel Shigatse.
Day 06: Morning visit Tashilhumpo Monastery.
Afternoon drive to Gyantse-3950m, visit Kumbum
Monastery and O/N at Hotel Gyantse.
Day 07:
Drive from Gyantse to Lhasa-3650m pass by the modern
glacier and Yamdrok Lake, reach Lhasa and overnight at
Hotel Jinbo Grand.
Day 08-09: Sightseeing
tours in Lhasa (Potala palace, Sera Monastery, Jokhang
temple and Bakhor street, Drepung Monastery) o/n Hotel
Jinbo Grand.
Day 10: Drive to Ganden, visit
the monastery and start trekking, overnight at camp.
Day 12-13: On trek Over night at camp.
Day 14: Trek ends at Samye and overnight camp
Day 15: Drive to Yarlung Tsangpo river, cross
the river by a ferry and drive to Tsedang, overnight
at hotel Tsedang.
Day 16: Transfer to the
Gongkar airport and flight to Kathmandu, Transfer to
Hotel Royal singi.
Day 17: Day free in
Kathmandu o/n Hotel Royal Singi.
Day 18:
Transfer to Airport for onwards destination.

Cost includes:
4 Night hotel Royal singi on BB plan In
Kathmanu. One day city tour in kathmandu valley. All
hotel and Guest house On BB Plan in Tibet as per
itinerary above. Camping trek in Tibet as per
itinerary above.All land transportation. (Land crusier
4500 new model during the visit to Tibet). Tibet
permit & entrance fee of Monastery, Tibet visa.
sightseeing in Tibet with English spoken guide as per
itinerary above. Air fare Kathmandu to Lhasa. China
Custom formalities, drive down to Friendship bridge,
exit to Nepal AM then transfer to Kathmandu by private
Transport.
Not included : All
personal expenses. Travel & health insurance.
Lunch & drinks. Airport Taxes in Kathmandu airport

The above itinerary

times are estimated only but have been calculated to
give the trekker a comfortable pace throughout the
trek.
Challenging Treks:-
these treks will involve high altitude
activity and the occasional pass-crossing with walks
of up to 9 hours per day with altitudes not exceeding
6000 metres. These are physically demanding treks.
